Favoritism: Employees who cater to their bosses often receive increments, while others are overlooked. Poor Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to work over 10 hours in the office and then continue working from home for another 4 to 5 hours. Unjust Blame: Any work situation in African countries supported from Mumbai results in unjust blame placed solely on us. False Promises: The company often dangles the prospect of future opportunities and bigger roles, only to deny them once projects are completed.
