Some time there is no work load but some time it get harshed. You will need to do plenty of work.

Dislikes

Different rules for different people. Low salary slab as compared to other companies for same position. Office is far away from city in remote place where you cannot get any instant access by public transport.

Good place to start your career if you don't have any monetory difficulties at home. You will learn new things initially but after a year or 2 you will hit a ceiling in learning opportunities.

No work life balance, unappreciative of the work you do, and illogical HR policies
