This is the no 1 dubakoor company in the industry.Since 2019 they have been exploiting WFH coders,squeezing every bit of hardwork out of them while massive profits.with that stolen money they expanded to 3-4 branches,but let me tell you - this isn't success,it's pure greed and exploitation. Their Management is beyond pathetic.Right now 2 - 3 managers who were TERMINATED from VRCM due to female harassment and violent behavior are sitting in high position here.Many of the coders don't know about this.These people should have been blacklisted for life,but instead,they are running show here. Salary scam-I know a coder who had nearly a Rs.100000 pending hard earned double pay on every sat and sundays and incentive but they left the company , that money just vanished.Why? Becoz this company decides when and how to pay you.they will say dp and incentives are there if you ask them then you will be on poor category the next month then prepare for the termination. if you say hike is better here yes that's for you going to sold your dignity,future,career then importantly your Health....Read More
