Over-occupied with work of around 10 to 11.hours. No moral and technical support when needed as everyone is over occupied. No increment and there's a huge salary gap between new comers and veterans working at a same designation/level usually novice gets more than 30 to 40% than employees who is working for 5 to 10 years in the organization.
