absolutely nothing , there is no job security there is no work culture at all ! one fine day they wake up & say we are not good enough for them there is no prior intimation !

Its a work from home company and you can learn a lot in different aspect of your job.

Dislikes

Still now I didn't felt alone but yes seniority always matter weather the person is well knowledgeable about the process or not is not always important.
