I have been working here 2.5 years and appreciate the stability in my role. However I feel that I have not been given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities or new challenges. I am eager to expand my skills and contribute more, but I have not yet been given the chance to do so.

There is no hindrance by the management to perform our duties as HEAD OF FACILITIES. Ultimately results with revenue and customer satisfaction only warranted.

Dislikes

Huge difference on career growth and increment between Projects and Operations team.
