Owners are confused. Lacks talent and merit. In a simple way if I explain then it’s like Mirzapur. There’s a Kaleen bhaiyya (Owner) there’s a Munna (Owners son) and there’s a Maqbool (Sales manager). These 3 are screwing up the business.

Dislikes

Owners have no experience of market. Very rigid and non flexible and doesn’t allow free hands. They think they are bigger than Milton and that’s why the years of operation is greater than the turnover
