I got chance to add multiple skills in my CV after joining Pratham .

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Toxic work culture specially in QA department . Managers have toxic behaviour no professionalism they are torturing like hell . Also they don’t have projects specially for QA due to that they are torturing for every small thing . They have 1st Saturday working , many employees complaint about that but management not listening .

Likes

Work life balance is so good. Flexible working hours. There is no micro management. Apart from hybrid we can seek for WFH for some days/months in certain cases. Salary hike is also around 15% . Job security is best. Have seen many employees staying more then 10+ years. Learning opportunities are also good.
