No recognition even after proving our skills Always finding the reason for not to give an increment for every employee There is always dissatisfaction from the management even after the business is improved absolutely very well Poor management skills

Work Details

It's good to work in Pramura if there is no bond for 3 years. They recruit by saying "we are hiring mechanical engineers" but they made to work in drafting work.They even lie us about the job role and increment.
