The college is a great choice for the one who are fresher. I am grateful that i am the part of the Poddar International College. The work culture, the co workers are so helpful.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is sometimes very high. We have to do a lot beyond only teaching good for growth but sometime it didn't fit witb the time-table

There is a lot of politics and sometimes the management doesn't address our issues..I'm not satisfied with my salary ...

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job...and the director ma'am is too supportive person .
