Company is very good and management also very good in Pune. Company donot see what is happening in east zone, Kolkata. I mean no intervention by HR, head office to the concerned sales supremo. The person who is incharge of ASM or RSM, Mr. Suman basu preffered staying at home and having nervous breakdown if simple problem arouses in market. Rather he creates pressure in downline on regular basis so that one can leave by abnormal target/achievement being set by his boss. These people making fool the Company and planning regularly how long can stick to a company and ideally draw the salary and alowance month after month peacefully....Read More
