It's a friendly place to work at, people are like family here and help each other. However I feel management really care about you and you are doing jobs that have major value most of the time. Management think to fix the problem and focus on cleaning up the problem. You do learn a lots of knowledge because you will get exposed to lots of experience, great to gain experience. No Work Life Balance whatsoever. They force you to work on Sundays. Overburden you to the fullest. Its a living hell for NPD engineer as they have press machines at different locations where the tool has to be moved and it takes hours or days. The top management is always ready to blame you instead of solving the problems.
