Pharmed is a very good organisation,only management having too much politics,always management pressurising for adjustment (10% stockist bribe) expansion plan because of this Target too high I was always performer but becoz of high demand for pcpm ,and expansion in territory everyone suffer

Dislikes

Bribe from seniors to achieve budget,high time politics from seniors, favourism and nepotism will laid down organisation

Management is worst class, No job security Lot many people indulge in politics And nobody ready to help there people
