Arrogant VP: The Vice President of the company is extremely arrogant and unapproachable. He has created a negative work culture and has failed to provide guidance to his team. His lack of support has made it difficult for employees to meet their targets. No leave policy: Per Square Feet Reality has no official leave policy. As a result, employees have to work for long hours without any breaks, even on weekends. This has negatively affected the work-life balance of employees, leading to burnout and decreased productivity. No paid holidays: The company does not provide any paid holidays to its employees, even on national holidays. This is quite disappointing, as most companies in the industry offer at least a few paid holidays. Unnecessary salary deductions: The company has been deducting salaries without providing any valid reason. This has caused financial stress for many employees, and they have to struggle to make ends meet. Immediate terminations: Per Square Feet Reality has a reputation for firing employees on an immediate basis, without any prior notice or explanation. This has created an atmosphere of insecurity and uncertainty among employees. Unnecessary work pressure: The work pressure at Per Square Feet Reality is quite high, and employees are expected to meet unrealistic targets. Additionally, senior management often puts unnecessary pressure on employees, forcing them to work overtime and attend long meetings that can last for 2-3 hours. During these meetings, seniors often do not allow employees to even sit, which can be physically exhausting. Invasion of privacy: Site heads have been trained to record conversations between employees and send them to the management. This is a blatant invasion of privacy and can create a sense of distrust among employees. Fake interviews and job postings: The company has a history of posting fake job advertisements and conducting fake interviews to lure in potential candidates.
