There are many to dislike about Parle. 1. 1st of all too many apps to work on. 2. It's a kind of school where you need to take permission for each and everything and all things are recorded on app if anything is missed absent will be marked. Whether it's your mistake or due to server or network issue also. Culprit will be employee only not company. 3. I worked in snacks division of Parle in Pune HQ. They have basic margin structure of 5.5% and you don't believe they were working with 2 Distributor only with merely 2.5 lakhs of monthly turnover. 4. They don't have proper sales personel to work in the market. 5. They will hire you by telling lie all things are set just need team and your control to run the territory but that are all lies. 6. NSM Praveen Upadhyay another level of maniac don't know who appointed him NSM. Without knowing market reality his expectations are that Pune HQ must do a business of 1 Cr which they are struggling since 2017. More over with business turnover from 2.5 lacs to 1 Cr needs time to settle down. 7. Another RSM he is puppet what NSM orders he passed it below 0 contribution in sales. 8. Both RSM and NSM will give market visit. At outlet they stand back with hand folds and when ASM and Sales team take order they call them outside and says you should have place order in boxes. Seriously no one is ready to take Parle snacks product and they don't even bother to convince retailer for keeping stock and expectations are of boxes. 9. They asked for stock planning that sales team required for closing month numbers. They take 3 times of what we plan and it result in expiry of stock which later hold claims of distributor. Moral of the story is they don't get distributor easily in the market due to bad reputation, under cutting, security deposit, false commitment and unnecessary stock loading to show primary number. When senior jobs are on stake they easily but blame on to there juniors. Politics is at another level.
