Great opportunity to work in an INGO, which gives us a feeling of helping the needy without disturbing my bread and butter. Though I had handled 1 &above roles in previous organisation, here i had the opportunity to handle 4 departments. learned how to tangle with each department especially when you are the POC for the branch. Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth a big no. Work pressure is high. Though you have work timings scheduled, my job role requires me to give more time to the organisation. The past 1.4 years hardly i would have reached home early,until i was unwell or there is some emergency situation. Added responsibilities without information and training.

Operations Executive- Admin/ HR/ IT/ Procurement/ FR data management Basically Operations at Bangalore Region. Single point of contact for the above said job roles.

management are very cooperative for woman employees..woman safety is good..8.5 hrs working hours after that no one force u to stay im office

Dislikes

Working culture is not good,so much office politics ia there ..specially for north India people who joined there and the South Indian dominated office culture..
