The most 3rd class company in sector 5, all the positive reviews are forced fed by their own employees who can't say anything as they are working there. If you want to ruin your career and mental health then I recommend you to join this company or else DON'T, they don't pay salary to employees they terminated, I saw this while I wasworking, and then they didn't bother paying me my salary as well though the CEO begged for me to stay back after I gave resignation a month ago, they micro manage your every breath, they don't have any work ethics or a minimum respect for their employees, the ones who butters them all the time gets all the benefits. They give speech about work life balance and then f**k up other people's personal and professional life both. They have zero respect for anyone below their financial standards, the way they treat the office boy and their driver will make you feel ashamed of humanity, they select people based on how they look, they don't hire MUSLIM comunity, they make people go to labors washroom and only the upper management is allowed to use office washroom (they changed that after getting so many complaints). Was hired as Sales Coordinator. But when joined, the gave a location situated at the outskirts. Most importantly, they changed my roles and responsibilities 360 degree. They hired for Coordinator, but made an entry level Business Development Executive. During interview, they didn’t mention that I have to travel mostly outside Kolkata with 1000% field exposure.
