EEVE India have good quality products.

Dislikes

Despite having good products EEVE India does not have ethics to work with it's dealers / business partners. Top management never takes feedback from regional / ground team. Communication flow from top to bottom is absurd in the company. New Joinees once join at it's HO at Bhubaneswar starts rom around cluelessly. EEVE India does not prepare induction schedule for new joinees.

Work Details

Have put in efforts to expand it's dealer network in North India very aggressively with team. Initiative taken for retail finance tie ups with local NBFC's. Tried pushing EEVE India vehicle to the institutional customers like Zypp Electric, EESL, GEDA.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
