Likes

no appraisal for almost 4 to 5 years and 12 hours duty with no extra benefits. Even company canteen food in tuyan residential complex is very horrible. No change in mess facility after complaining for many times. Food expenses are deducted from employee salary for about 25 Omani riyal per month.

Dislikes

Medical insurance is just for name sake. If you get any abnormality in your body no major expenses are covered in the insurance. Moreover because of canteen food lot of people's have BP and heart related diseases.
