Only, If you are capable of working individually you will like something else there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Just by doing 1 floor project they asume that they are superior in designing, just by coping the things is not an engineering… there is no versatility only repetitive things kitchen projects. No work life balance as if you work for 180 hours in a month they will assign you only 80 hours rest ours will be included in not completed and rework. When it comes to promotion they will show you the same graph that you are working leas so we are unable to give you promotion this time. You are not allowed to make your design decisions you will do as senior wants....Read More

NYEI Design services is growth oriented company. The one most important thing I like about this --Company is no micro management and vision is clear for everyone. Felxible working hours. Every quarter individual has been assigned with goal, Yes!ofcourse those are achievable. You will be get some benifits if you are able to achieve goal. Dislikes

The company's manpower is less compare to the workload which heads to the more workload. However the workholic person (like me:)) will enjoy the work. Due to US base you have to extend some working hours.(But you will start late though). No Cab service
