Normet now a days focused on his employees. Gives lots of training on engine, hydraulic, transmission etc etc.

Dislikes

Working management at site level is totally worst. The main issue is Onroll and off roll. There are lots of partiality in Onroll and off roll engineer. Managers slavery are very important. Chugli karna aata ho tih site best h warna hum v pele gye hein tum v pele jaoge.
