You get all work and life balance in this company. Good timely reimbursements and work culture

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No process of appraisal. No parameters to judge your performance. Promotions depends upon the area where you are situated. If you work in HO, expect faster promotions. No incentive structures, you have to totally depend upon the salary, which increase after 2-3 years
