Very Very bad organisation , plz dont work , don't even think off joining NIINE if you have a stable job

1 - primary oriented 2 - false commitment on primary and thereafter not keeping that 3 - every now and then review , review and review , no work life balance 4 - Mr Santanu , worst Manager to work with , does not undrstand things , only focused on primary ( bhar main jaye duniya)

Dislikes

Everything is dislikely as the Bengal management is the most uncultured management, no training, no guidence, no support, all time threat of South Bengal ASM-ZSM's to hold salaries and expenses, no job security no work life balance no work culture with this ruscale management
