Salary, benefits and job security. Not hectic, just like govt offices. Job security is high as the company has been handling projects in state govts, central govts and defense for more than 15 years.

Likes

Flexible and supportive and a good working environment. Salary on time always. Work pressure can be easily handled.

Dislikes

No Sick leaves or casual leaves. Only earn leaves are given as reimbursement. Salary will be deducted whenever absent. And no Provident fund provided. 6 working days in a week.

Work Details

Work life is good here. Office hours are from 10-7 but you can always attend your personal events with permission which are always granted.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
