It was good experience for me. In 2 years i had learned many things in Nexa. I have done work with every department and the teammates were so understanding and helpful they were so friendly to me and they teach me how to work how to intract how to talk as i was fresher in this sector.

Now what i say.... if there is good people....there is a bad people too. Yes... m talking about our MDs they were good bt they don't knw how to talk with a girl with a women's they don't have respect for their female employees. They talked so rude and behave so rude and compensation is zero and work pressure i high being a girl i have spent whole time in office there is no time for off. I was so younger than others and i went to home 9.30 p.m always and they doesn't pay my overtime they doesn't pay for my hardwork. And as i told that i was fresher in this field there is no on job training. I have learned by myself from the beginning. But no respect for work, employees and their hardwork....Read More
