No proper training No cafeteria should have food in front of your system Dirty washrooms Only few experienced managers are good others dont know to handle the team Partiality HR- no corporate ethics, very rude

Work Details

I joined as a fresher. Work at new era is good too many things to learn but no proper training will be given later manager will blame you for not having process knowledge. If things were handled in a right way I would never quit.
