Client needs to let us know regarding their IT requirement and the entire resource sourcing process would be handled by us. We would be providing CVs of candidates matching the requirement, among which clients can select. The joining formalities/Onboarding process would be completed by us.
 
Payroll processing and other statutory processes (ESI/EPF/Leave Pay/Bonus) would be handled by us..
 
We would be collecting regular feedback, helping our clients with the project management and conducting pieces of training (Soft skills/technical/functional) for our employees as and when required.
