This company is by far the worst I've encountered. Its leadership is stuck in the past, with the HR head, Mr. Balachandran, uses abusive words against employees and displays outright misogyny. He once stated that female HR recruiter are only hired to hold candidate calls, which is unacceptable. I deeply regret joining this company;it's become clear they have a hire-and-fire mentality. For instance, during my time there, they brought in three experienced developers and UX designers, only to later force them into data analysis or science roles due to a lack of projects. When they refused to switch, they were promptly let go. The company even gave loss of pay for my miscarriage leave which is a paid leave mandated according to maternity benefit act .I strongly advise against anyone considering joining this toxic environment....Read More
