I appreciated how Mr. Bala Bharti Sir entrusted me with responsibilities and consistently recognised my work, which made my experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

I was disappointed with how they handled my departure. Despite my concerns about the work-to-payment gap and their promise of a salary hike, I was let go before the promised date, which felt unfair and unprofessional.
