Such a horrible experience I had with this company. For a new employee the company does not have any plan in place.They want you to work and generate business but could not afford a headset. They want to generate business from US and canada and do not let the employee to work as per US/canadian shift rather They call you in UK shiftor Indian shift and get business from US/canada. What a knowledgeable HR they have, on the very first day, one of the HR asked me to fill a esic form even though I was not falling in the category, I told her that I don't need to fill it, still she insisted me to fill it. Dear company, first of all give a proper training to your HR team then recruit employees. They asked you to park your vehicle at road side means if your vehicle is stolen, no one will take responsibility. Due to some family reason I had to take leaves it does not mean I am non performer, still within a weak I got a call from HR and they asked me to leave on immediate basis. At least I should given a month time to prove myself. Whatever discussed in my interview was not there in reality. Few other things three months notice period is there if you want to leave and two years bond compulsory, if you fail to do so then you have to pay two months salary as a panelty.
