I liked everyone's bluntness because it makes you feel no one is cutting corners just simplicity of the situation and honesty. for starters respect was imminent whether it was your colleague or your boss ..the environment wasn't hostile but rather chilling as everyone was designated to do their part of the job with no complaints ..

long hours of working with no overtime salary ..the company had a policy in which absenteeism would be dealt with no wages on that particular day.no matter how long or how good your work was the promotion was off the table thus making me work there with zero passion and I had to shift my focus to working on my self or at least someone who would appreciate the hard work and sacrifices I do in order to put food on my table...Read More
