For people who want to just spend their time and dont care about their colleagues or company culture or knowledge upgrade... can just join and have a great time.

Dislikes

Things I'm mentioning below are actually truth and belive me its NOT WORTH IT...! Everything that a company have right from the culture to Administration to HR policies to management is absolute rubbish. They are here to use your degree and they actually dont care about any of their employee. Joining this company is luke like payingthem your complete 2 salaries in the name of Security Deposit. HR executives are like political parties who won't listen to your demands or requirements ever. Management here is just to make employee's life miserable by adding new rules and regulations that would make and employee feel like a jail there....Read More
