Dislikes

Decision take power is really poor. Nobody in the company could take a stand for the work and clients reviews. Overall lack of leadership quality. You only have to make your own decisions and if you are wrong you 'll be punished.

I am a creative visualizer and my work is to design the graphic for the clients as per the requirement. Social media marketing, emails, web layouts etc.
