Timing not fix start 8:15 end not fix 6 PM may 9PM Employee welfare zero, Transportation very bad buses also poor condition bus accedent no employee safety Many time HOD and team stay till 9 PM All conditions are Gujarat Sanad plant Can not give time your family calls disturb tull 12 PM Manpower not staying beacuse of culture Sudden plan to run sunday no overtime employee No alignment between Department and HR policies...Read More
