Motadata offers a platform for monitoring the infrastructure of a multi-tier IT system and derive operational analytics based on the data collected. It offers features such as correlation of NOC performance data and SOC log data to derive actionable insights and RCAs for past failures in the system. Once the RCA has been performed, it can also take automatic corrective action in order to prevent similar outages. Thus, it helps in enforcing Service Level Agreement for effective performance management, problem detection, event correlation and root cause analysis. It also offers real-time alerting for IT users through SMS and emails in case the performance goes haywire on on detection of an outage. The pricing is available in 3 buckets - a trial version where the number of devices and data to be analyzed is pre-defined, an annual license and a perpetual version. Some of its key clients include companies like PWC, Adani, Tata Docomo and NEC.
