Founded in May, 2021, MoonXBT is a crypto social trading platform with a focus in integration of trading and social interactions. In terms of spot trading, MoonXBT currently supports more than ten trading pairs and is in the process of recruiting crypto projects for listing. MoonXBT has a gateway of fiat to crypto supported by fiat solution provider Xanpool. It allows users to buy crypto with fiat or sell crypto for fiat with 31 fiat currencies including SGD, MYR, HKD, VND, INR, PHP, THB, KRW, AUD, and NZD for Asian Users. The platform has worked with security company Fireblocks as its capital custodian to upgrade its capital security to bank-level. It has also worked with Certik for code audit to fix potential loopholes in the overall source code of the platform. MoonXBT stresses on social trading which the platform aims to develop as one of its major features. The platform supports copy trading function which allows users including the rookie ones to follow the professional traders’ strategies and place orders in sync with their chosen traders automatically. Users can choose who to copy trade by filtering the professional traders according to the length of their trading time on the platform, total number of transactions, ROR which is calculated using the total profit and losses divided by the max margin. Users participating in copy trading can potentially benefit from the strategies of their chosen traders and also have the risk in parallel. Meanwhile, the traders who are copied have the chance to share 10% of the gains from their copiers if they made profits with the traders’ strategies. Other functions with social features on MoonXBT include trading battle which give participants the right to initiate trading competition among community members by themselves and trading forums where most of the users exchange trading ideas and thoughts.
