Excessive interface at the micro level Lack of recognition of contribution Absence of team or group discussion before embarking on a new development No consistent code or development work patterns are in place Project Managers display favouritism and partiality among developers A self-centred company - Consider as advice, please take review from external sources before endorsing your products. Also, engage outside companies to test your product. so you have a better idea. Insecurity regarding job stability Forcing employees to resign, resulting in departures The annual bond extension policy has led to many developers being stuck Lack of trust in employees by the owner, resulting in frequent replacement. Enforcement of restrictive power policy Poor time management practices No reimbursement policy for relocation Absence of a welcome lunch or food provision A multi-level development centre, similar to a moil-level car parking structure Excessive noise in the development environment due to limited space, and seating arrangements. and typewriters like keyboards Lack of Hardware support Power cut-off and fire safety issue No more projects Short-term projects Easy invoice - product is for a domestic client or small-cap companies - Its IOS and Android App are not even purchased by foreigners. Too many buggies products, to cover-up fixes but not permanent solutions Advice to Owner (JK) - Don't have the guts to take advice please don't select those who have real potential. if you want to make your product then do coding or do a code review yourself. Or still don't have the guts to take advice, please do not do fancy stuff. Your Invoice app has many bugs which is not covered by your QA team...Read More
