The salary,perks and benefits provided by the company are good. Food and Cab will be provided by the company,that was a good policy.As it is a growing company,you could have much better growth here with great oppurtunities.

Dislikes

The training process should be more streamlined. Termination before the Probation completion is a big issue here. The work life balance should be attained as the employees don't have much personal time.No work from home.

There is nothing to dislike Mitsogo, Work like is really balanced and great place to learn and grow. Beautiful environment and so many benefits for employees. Highly Recommend
