There is a lot of politics played in the company at the ground level, we don't get the opportunity to develop our skills inten Intentionly! and there is no gap between the executive and the ASM. All Area Sales Managers are deliberately disrespected in front of the executive team by business head, that is the front-level team! Thereare four weekly holidays in a month, out of which two holidays are cut. And on that day, we are forced to work. If we resist working, we are threatened with losing our job or we are get revenged against in another way by Business head. Even to take the annual leave that the company itself has given you, you have to make a lot of requests. The work that a front-level executive does in the market is the same as the work that an area sales executive does.Therefore, there is no such thing as leadership.There are so many things that make you not want to work for a company even if it is very good. If you try to connect with senior management for help, the business head doesn't like it and will take revenge in some other way.
