1.Plant 5's condition 2.Salary and other benefits on time 3.Other department as maintenance, PE & Tool room are very cooperative 4.Convance facilities & compensations 5.New machines specifically Brother VMC 6.Improvement projects 7.Customer Respect

1.Too much politics here. 2.Hierarchy not maintain. 3.Juniors report to HOD directly. 4.Job description not maintained Senior Engineer, Assistant manager & also Deputy manager do setup, tool change and other activity. 5.Prmotions provided to whom who Sycophant. 6.Strict working Monday to Saturday. 6. Managers fear from Permanent operator.

Overall company is good, but company working culture is too much political. Everyone wants to belittle others. Bus service is not good, like if you are not staying at neemrana they doesn't provide any convenience.
