Dislikes

Working hrs , salary time delay , and Nursing superintendent & Admin involved in wrong thing & activities . There may be some improvement in nursing staff after resignation of nursing superintendent .

Nursing staff and doctor's behaviour good and supportive

Dislikes

Some staff are join in nursing department by Nursing supritendent reference. Those who do bad activities with NS and allure other nurses to do the same,some management person is also aware of this thing but they are enjoying with activities and who anyone against it is after that employees are fired or mentally tourcher by NS and Sr. management.
