No promotion / Appraisal for Employees Work hours will be terrible Managers will insists to work on sundays & continue shifts you will wont get any additional benefits rather than work No proper HR management system everyone will come and used to go within 3-6 months in this company

Metalman working culture is too good.All are good cooperation with learning skills.They will give equal support to all employees.

Dislikes

There is no team outing from 2023 onwards. This will happens means all employees are feel s good and also all are having a pressure work .So it will be make relief.
