Team is good. Doctors are very good.

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, I'd say rather toxic . HR is not supportive. Finance is secretive. I have more than 20 yrs of work experience but I've never seen such a horrible top management. No communication with the team they only believe in Bullying and not motivating. Top management behaves as if they are some kind of a Goon (Gunda - Mawali type person) and employees are poor helpless people who live on their mercy....Read More

I'm grateful to them because they allowed me to ensure that South India is the best performing team in the company. North was so bad, that they had to sell it off to competitors.
