1. Management decision making is slower than snail walk, even snail will reach its target in the stipulated time but MCCM never sets a target to reach. 2. Since 2018 till date new management has never shared KRAs to their employees making directionless moves and bearing huge losses all round the year. 3. Diamond gains its importance when it is polished properly else it just remains a piece of glass having no value. Same is with employees ho require polishing in the form of rigorous trainings in their respective field. MCCM largely fails here. 4. Extremely limited product options- In today’s world of choice, if you enter into the market with only 1 or 2 options pricing way higher than your first line competitor, your product is prone to stay unsold for a long time or may be forever. They just do not under This simple thing. 5. Employees might have something to say in the interest of the betterment of the company, why do you think everyone else is dumb?
