1. Lack of ownership by few functions. 2. Too much talking on culture but lesser following in actual. 3. Overdoing of many systems which has cluttered the daily routine with unnecessary meetings and follow ups. 4. Overworked teams due to lean structure which is impacting the health & well being. 5. No HR department at factory level.
