A few employees are getting paid just for scrolling Linkedin and Whatsapp while working at the company even with backlogs (No talent required).

Dislikes

1st and foremost, it's shocking that this company doesn't even understand the difference b/w layoff and termination. According to them, I was terminated. Yes, terminated without any reason, and despite repeatedly asking for an explanation, I received none. Fine, let's set that aside for a moment. Now, coming to the most bizarre part of my experience, when I started my career at this company, I worked for 2 days without a system. The biggest mistake on my part ? Joining without an offer letter. I had to draft my own offer letter, which was approved after 2 weeks. Every approval process was painfully slow, taking days for even the simplest requests, and the response I received ? "That's our failure, I'm unable to give attention". How's an employee supposed to be responsible for that ? Now here's the most absurd part - the so-called termination letter I received was also drafted by me they simply copied and pasted it. It's deeply disappointing when an employee is terminated without any reason, warning, or explanation. I quote, "Your services are no more required" after dedicating time, effort, and energy. This is how they treat employees. Perhaps this is the harsh reality when a company can NO longer afford to retain people. Oh, and let's not forget the delayed salaries. Employees received their January salary at the end of March, with the excuse "We're in a struggling phase". The truth behind this I can't say cuz I was there for just a month and so. Now about office timings work was supposed to start sharp at 10 AM and I always arrived b/w 9:30 and 9:50 AM never late that 10. I left sharp at 6:30 PM cuz my work was done - no point in wasting time. However, the company expected employees to stay until 9:30 or even 10 PM for meetings with NO concern about how they would get home. And here's the real shocker: I found out I was terminated out of nowhere just the day before the MD was happy with my work and behavior. Then, suddenly, he changed his mind after hearing something from another employee, leading to this drastic decision without a 2nd thought on how it might affect an employee's career or mental health. PS: Never share your secrets with anyone in the office. You never know how they might use them against you. I'm glad I learned this lesson early in my career, and I'm still figuring out the actual reason behind my so-called termination, though I don't care anymore....Read More

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. No salary guarantee. Salary of 2-3 months are always pending. Salary never comes on time. The entire office choose to terminate good developers based on office politics. Never new skill development opportunities.
