Overall work environment. Fun fridays and party's are often held to light the work pressure. Flexible timing only you have to do 9 hours complete at work. Other activities for employees like health checkup and fun activities. Leaves are easily accepted.

Dislikes

No appraisals, even if you are handling the 3 to 4 persons work single handedly. No implementation of plans, no any recognition for your hard word or smart work, no promotions on the basis of your work. Internal politics is very often and HR never helps you to overcome any situation. They never sort any issues between any employee.
