Maher Forest Products (MFP) manufactures and retails lumber, dimension stock, timber, veneers and engineered products, moldings, and other millworked wood products for distribution throughout North America and Europe. The company, through its affiliates, produces industrial lumber products in western hemlock and Douglas fir in the US and Canada; it imports softwoods and hardwoods from South America (Brazil and Chile), New Zealand, and Russia. Frederick England, the maternal grandfather of chairman Terence Maher, founded MFP in 1917.
