A healthy balance between personal and work life helps employees maintain their well-being and reduces burnout. A welcoming and positive atmosphere with a supportive and friendly atmosphere is highly valued. Also provides clear communication between employer and employee etc.

Dislikes

They don't provide a fair promotion and appraisal to their employee. They provide a basic increment for everybody. I think they need to work on this even if they can use a 360-degree appraisal technique so, that they can provide a fair judgment for each and everybody.
