I have been working with Lucky Nugget Gaming for the past 3 years and it has been an amazing journey so far. Really creative people and a lot to learn and grow. The company work culture is great and supports you with lot of benefits including a Covid coverage Mediclaim free for all employees.

My Colleauge is like a family to me they will always in touch with me.
Compensation is decent But Career Growth is very Slow. Manager Do not Value an individuals' unique stregths, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of times. one more thing i dont like this Organization is they play a very Dirty politics in office. If manager don't like you, they can fire you at that office anytime.

A quick suggestion - look beyond your immediate team, and cross the formal hierarchy in all directions – co-workers, managers and executives, get to know them, and build high-quality connection at workplace. At Lucky Nugget Gaming, we have a well-structured and streamlined performance review mechanism, a periodic process that assesses an individual employee’s job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organizational objectives. Other aspects of individual employees are considered as well, such as organizational citizenship behavior, accomplishments, potential for future improvement, strengths and weaknesses. In case of under performers a detailed improvement program is discussed and agreed to help them improve and perform. Despite all efforts, employees may not perform at the expected level and in such situations appropriate actions are undertaken. Of course legal or disciplinary violations demand instant and critical actions and such cases are treated differently. As parting advice, we would like to say that, at times we set mental boundaries and barriers to what can be learned and achieved. This places a limiting filter and prevents us from leveraging the opportunities accessible in our environment. By changing our attitude and being open to new experiences, we can find new areas of interest that are both challenging and exciting.
